Oregon is the only state that has a certification for short sale negotiators, which we do have. All other states have short sale negotiators registered under the MLS management. Greenway Financial Recovery has 2 numbers in the NMLS, one for Oregon, and one for the rest of the US. We are required to update our contracts, bond information, and insurance to continue using the license and keep it active.
